Congratulations to our England Roses on a historical victory on Sunday - Commonwealth Games 2018 Champions!

A nailbiting final saw Helen Housby scored in the final second to give England the win over hosts and favourites Australia to record a historic victory 52-51.

Three Commonwealth bronze medals were England's best performance until now, while Australia have won three times and been runners-up to trans-Tasman rivals New Zealand twice.

The England Roses squad also featured Serena Guthrie from Peterborough who was instrumental in every match with countless turnovers and pin point feeds into the circle.
