U15 Match play v Norfolk

B squad match report

The U15's played two matches against Norfolk. The first match we won 24-22 and Kinga received a well-deserved player of the match. She made a lot of great interceptions that really benefited our play. We were able to apply a lot of skills that we had leant and developed from training into our match play, leading to our success. The shooters worked really well together in the circle, with excellent support from the circle edge.  The defenders were denying their attack and getting fast turnovers returning the ball quickly back to the shooters.

As Essex didn't bring two teams, we played Norfolk again. Unfortunately, they won, but it was still a really good game. We were exhausted for having played two consecutive games but still played very well. I got player of the match!
