Cambridgeshire Netball Academies Strength and Conditioning

Prime Coach is a unique and innovative strength and conditioning software programme designed with Netball players in mind.

The software provides players with detailed and tailored strength and conditioning programmes which are crucial in a netball player’s physical preparation. Our programme aims to improve an athletes strength, speed and stability and most importantly decrease the risk of injury.

We have been working with the Cambridgeshire County Netball Academy for the last 3 years and we are amazed with the results we have seen and how much the academy players have improved their game and athleticism.

Over the 3 year period athletes who have followed our programmes have improved their movement patterns, become stronger, faster and more resilient to injury.

We are certain that  our strength & conditioning programmes combined with the expert coaching from the academy netball coaches will give the girls everything they need to play at the highest level.
